I bought too much spinach and asparagus at the farmers’ market, so I decided to make a spinach & asparagus dip.
2 cups of spinach
10 stalks of asparagus
2 cups of plain greek yogurt
1/2 tsp of onion salt
1/2 tsp of garlic salt
2 tbsp of parmesan cheese
This was a relatively easy recipe. I’m not a great cook and I was able to make this for my dinner guests. It tasted pretty good. I’d recommend it.
